Small, but nice!

Carlo is a compact, portable barbecue that you can take anywhere. It is easy to store thanks to its carry bag, allowing you to take it with you on your bike, in your car or even on public transport. Moreover, it heats up quickly, so you can quickly enjoy a tasty meal. The Barbecook Carlo BBQ is small enough to put on the table or picnic rug, but large enough to serve a group of 4 people.

How do you use the Carlo table BBQ from Barbecook?

The Carlo table BBQ from Barbecook is easy to use. All you need are briquettes, 3 lighter cubes or wood wool firelighters and a long match or lighter. It is important here that you use high-quality briquettes, such as Barbecook's Premium coconut briquettes. Make sure the BBQ is on a flat surface and fill the charcoal basket with briquettes and firelighters/ignition wicks. Light the wicks and turn the knob of the table BBQ to the highest position. The knob regulates the electric fan and provides enough air circulation to make the coals glow. Once the coals are covered with a thin layer of grey ash, place the lid on the charcoal tray and then also the grill grid on the Carlo. There you go, the grilling can begin! The fan knob gives you full control over the fire.

Prawns on the Carlo table barbecue

One of our favourite recipes for a picnic with the Barbecook Carlo table barbecue are prawns with cherry tomatoes and peppers.

For this you will need the following ingredients:

- 500 g peeled prawns
- 1 red bell pepper
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Pepper and salt

Clean the prawns and remove the intestinal canal. Cut the bell pepper into pieces and halve the cherry tomatoes. Then place everything on the grid and grill for 3-4 minutes on each side. You can easily flip the ingredients with Barbecook's Army style grill tongs. Finish with olive oil and salt and pepper. Enjoy!

PS do you like a tasty marinade with your shrimps? Make it extra easy on yourself with the Barbecook sauce pan and marinade brush.
