It has a baking tray made of cast aluminium which is heated by an electric heating element. It can serve up to 4 people.

How do you clean your electric barbecue Alexia?

The electric barbecue Alexia is extremely easy to maintain. First of all, it is important that you remove the power cord from your appliance after use. You should always wait until your appliance has cooled down completely before you start cleaning. Once your BBQ has cooled down, clean the grill plate and drip pot of your electric barbecue with warm water and a cloth or sponge. Never use the sanding side of cleaning accessories, as this will damage the non-stick coating! You can also clean the holder and base of your electric barbecue with water and a sponge. Dry everything thoroughly before storing your appliance.
