Barbecook® products come with a two-year warranty against all manufacturing defects. This warranty applies from the date of purchase, provided the appliance is used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. The receipt or invoice referencing the date of purchase is your certificate of warranty. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of parts that prove to be defective under normal usage conditions.
Do you have a complaint or warranty question? Please contact your POS, they will be happy to assist you. In order for the warranty request to go smoothly, you will need proof of purchase, serial number (for charcoal or gas barbecues) and a few digital photos of the defect. The point of sale will further process your complaint in consultation with barbecook® Customer Service.
