Beech smoker wood gives your creations in the smoker or on the charcoal barbecue that added flavour!
The mild taste of beech smoker wood is suitable for meat, fish, vegetables, nuts and cheeses. Beech is a neutral type of smoker wood and is therefore suitable for smoking any type of food.
The smoker wood is 100% natural.
Soak the smoke wood for several hours in water and allow to drain before use. Put the soaked smoke wood directly on the glowing coals of your charcoal barbecue or smoker.
