SMOKER CHIPS CHERRY
Cherry smoker chips give your creations in the smoker or on the gas barbecue that added flavour!
The sweet, fruity smoke of cherry is very suitable for poultry (the skin goes a nice, dark brown colour). The smoke gives a nice pinkish tint to light meats. Cherry wood is good for smoking chicken, pork, ham and beef.
The smoker chips are 100% natural.
Soak the smoke chips for several hours in water and allow to drain before use. Suitable for use in the Universal Smoker Box/smoker drawer or in a perforated tin foil bag directly on the glowing coals of your smoker.
