How does the Joya table BBQ work?

When you start barbecuing with the Joya table BBQ, it’s important to place it on a flat, stable surface, ideally a garden or picnic table. The red silicone feet of this small BBQ ensure a good, stable grip. It’s very easy to light this table BBQ. First pour half a litre of water in the ceramic bowl. This will ensure that the outside of the table BBQ stays cool during barbecuing. Then place the inner bowl of stainless steel in the ceramic bowl and fill for ½ with charcoal. You light the charcoal with 3 firelighters or and a long match or lighter. After about 15 minutes, a thin layer of grey ash should appear on the coals. Once this is the case, you can put the stainless steel grid on your Joya table BBQ and start barbecuing. That's it, lighting this small BBQ is a piece of cake!

How to clean your Joya table BBQ?
