Master
The Master combines direct and indirect grilling, by using a barbecook® QuickStart® charcoal barbecue which warms up the big cast iron griddle grill, the brander and/or the wok. The stainless steel barbecue, which hangs under the grill deflector, can be moved with a handle from left to right. The brander and the wok slide up and down and rotate alongside the stainless steel bar. Many dishes can be prepared with the barbecook® Master ! The wooden side-table with the cutting board, allows you to prepare and serve them.

Banika
Banika is a unique version of a professional skewer: meat, fish or vegetables are roasted on a skewer in front of a fire (wood / charcoal). The skewer and the motor rest on a stainless steel drawer, which can be brought closer to or further away from the heat source by means of telescopic conductors. Juices dripping from the food are collected in a professional, stainless steel gastronorm container.
