The weather may have been cloudy and showery these past few weeks, but at barbecook® we are gearing up to celebrate the start of the new barbecue season. That’s why, from today, we will be giving away a  QuickStart® charcoal barbecue every day! Would that not please the weather gods?

On Thursday, 15 March we announced in our newsletter that we would raffle off a barbecook® Amica table barbecue as soon as we had 200 Twitter followers. Just imagine our surprise when we reached 200 followers by the end of that day!

You can now also pop your popcorn on the BBQ or over a fire basket. Our popcorn pan makes the most delicious popcorn for young and old. Pour some oil into the pan and add a handful of corn. Close the lid and hold the pan over the fire. Within a few minutes the corn starts to pop. Stir regularly to avoid sticking. When the popping stops, your popcorn is ready. Add a little sugar or salt for just the right taste and… grab away!

What’s more fun than warming up around a crackling wood fire after a reinvigorating autumnal walk? With the barbecook® tripod, you create that authentic campfire feeling in your own garden. Just place the tripod over a campfire or garden fire and the cooking can begin. Pizzas, paella or veggie mixes go into the barbecue pan; soups, stews or glühwein are prepared in the cooking pot.
