Hearty one-pan dish chock-full of veg and energy.

INGREDIENTS
600.00 g
bacon cubes
1.50 kg
cooked small new potatoes
500.00 g
sugar snaps
150.00 g
tinned maize
500.00 g
mushrooms
2.00 pc
red peppers
2.00 pc
onions
200.00 g
cherry tomatoes
2.00 tsp
rosemary
according to taste
salt, pepper and butter

Thoroughly wash all vegetables and finely chop onions, peppers and mushrooms. 

Melt a little butter in the tripod's barbecue pan. 

First simmer the onions until they are translucent. 

Subsequently add the potatoes, sugar snaps and red peppers and leave to simmer for approx. 15 minutes. 

Add the bacon, mushrooms, maize and cherry tomatoes to the barbecue pan and leave to simmer. 

Season to taste with rosemary, salt and pepper and serve in a soup plate.
