1.50 kg
grilled ribs
according to taste
dried marjoram and basil
according to taste
salt and black pepper

Mix marjoram and basil in the oil and cover the meat on all sides with it. 

Grill the rib for 4 to 5 minutes on each side and continuously spread oil on it while grilling.

Dust the meat with some salt and ground pepper before serving.

You can serve up the grilled ribs with country-bread and mixed salad.
